Champs from the Cinematics

I was watching some of the older League cinematics and came across the Harrowing. As I watched I thought that the grizzled old man narrating the story with his puppets would be an interesting champion. A mage puppet master sort of character. I'm not very good at coming up with kit ideas, but I feel that could be an intriguing base to start with.

Has anyone else ever thought a side character in the cinematics would make an interesting champion?

Oooh his puppets could be minions of a sort, like Malzahar or Azir! It would be a complicated kit for sure, he would definitely be a mage

The guy from the Vel'Koz trailer has sort of developed among the fandom into someone called "Helmet Bro" who has had a couple fan-made champ kits made for him.
