Skin recoloring for galactic and rune war renekton skins

So both of these skins are suppose to bite albino crocs(white/ pale) but galactic looks dirty and rune war is blue can that be change I really disagree with the color pick riot but I know the world doesn't revolve around me so just try to fix it I know I'm not the only one who agrees with me so pleases try
