What If we could make our own Icon? Like a Picture of ourselves or a design we came up with? Wouldnt it be awesome to have a picture that reps your name? Like Man Bun ID LOVE A FREAGIN PICTURE OF A MAN BUN AS MY ICON... Or Photoshop a Man Bun on Ryze and get jiggy wit it!

People will put inappropriate pictures as icons. -It will then display on forums, loading screens, friend lists. Even if you don't want to see it, you will see it.
Even though I doubt you personally would do it.. their are a lot of immature people who might do it.
In case they would still keep payable lol icons, this could be easily abusable. There is icon you like but you'd have to pay? Just printscreen, crop and save it as your "custom" icon.
