Rek' Sai Skin Idea

Ok, so first off this is my first time ever posting on the League of Legends boards so if I do something wrong or whatever try not to be to harsh :P Anyway now that that is out of the way, lets get down to business. SO I thought of this as a joke really to show my friends and I even did the sloppy paint job with it however, I think it would be really enjoyable for everyone if they could play as "Phreak' Sai" and I wanted Riot to see this hilarious idea. I don't have any concepts of that his/her abilities would be if this skin idea got popular but if it does I could begin to work on some ideas.
