This my new champ concept (first time)

Minor prologue Ralec (rAH-lec) the broken child Born A Noxian this boy was probably the only caring boy In Noxus. But sadly for him, his parents willingly gave to the Noxian military camp. There they tried to make him a soldier and make him a true Noxian but, they couldn't break his spirit. So they instead resorted to dark magic and twisted him to where he was literally unable to feel any emotion or pain and made him there slave and perfect warrior. The dark magic they used also had an unexpected affect he was able to copy anything he saw. So the next day they automatically put him in the front lines with general Darius and together they carved the battlefield without batting a lash. So from then on they've kept him their secret..............................until now

Personality really creepy (mainly because he has no emotion)
