Ice Queen Cassiopeia

As a person who has played Cassiopeia a lot, I don't particularly enjoy any of her skins. Because of this, I created a concept for a skin that I would think a lot of people would enjoy! Here goes nothing! The basic concept of this skin, is that Cassiopeia is the queen of an ice cave. It turns everything into an icy-like color/particle As for the Splash Art, I had an idea for her to be sitting on top of an ice throne, inside of her cave. On the ceiling you can see icicles that either glitter, or are falling from the cave. On the ground all you can see is a thin sheet of ice, and any added decorations that could go with icy/cave. As for her costume, she could be wearing an ice tiara (because she is the queen). The insides of her eyes should be an ice blue. The main colors of her clothes should be Cerulean and Arctic blue, because those two colors would contrast well, at least I believe so. Her top can be made out of icicles. As for her skin, I was thinking of Cerulean skin. Then on her scales on her tail, alternate between Cerulean and Arctic blue, then make stripes that make some of the scales glittering, like snowflakes. Then with her nails they should look sharp and icy blue to make them look like icicles on her fingers. Skills and Animations: Her basic attack would just be the normal but instead of green it is Arctic Blue Noxious Blast - A single pop up of an icy mist that glitters Miasma - A puddle of icy mist that slowly expands and glitters Twin Fang - Icicles moving through the air. Petrifying Gaze - Icy mist that (if stunned) turns the enemies into a glittery ice statue. This is my first concept for a skin, if anyone thinks something else would be better, tell me! Also if anyone would actually try to draw my ideas out, I will credit you. Thanks for reading this! Please Rito make this
