Skins in account

So i was wondering how come we are allowed to see our champions but not the skins we hold. So far my method was literally going to shop than go to skins, and filter by champions and count out. or Elophant.com but for some reason it doesn't work for me. anyways if Riot is reading this bare in mind that a lot of us want skins we can see easily
