Talon Skin

So Teemo has more skins than a Mormon family has children. Yet Talon remains w/o the amazing skin that could be...Yo-Yo Master Talon or something to that effect. For anyone who has seen Yu-Yu Hakusho during the Dark Tournament Arc, think Rinku the Yo-Yo kid from team Rokuyukai(the first team Yusuke's team fights in the tourney.) I personally think it would make Talon have a skin that isn't essentially just a re-texture. Hope this can get some attention. Talon needs this.
