Nothing special art-wise but I love eve and I'd like to see a skin with some diverse vfx.
I like that the religious/cult vibe of the arclight skins contrasts so heavily with Eve's thematic design. I imagined a clash or organ/bells when she ults, like a church :) 
I like this. I'd want something really striking and different for her next skin after the Thief skin. Beyond thematic concerns, her animation rig and model are really old and quite limiting when it comes to making skins which is always a consideration. However without a rework on the horizon I certainly hope we make another skin for her soon >:D
Riot is too busy destroying Eve's gameplay and then her character to be concerned with new skins :(
Honestly, you should make more skin concepts because TBH Your artwork is on fleek.
Just saying I need that skin in my life. I'm level 5 with Eve have Tango and Masquerade, but all I need is this skin.

They're still messing with her so I doubt any new skins will be coming for a while but that is amazing. Even the little stuff like her cloak just add to the awesome ness. I would totally buy it.
Cool design dude! A light-themed skin like this one would be really neat on Evelynn, and I imagine this concept really makes her animations and abilities fit a light-theme. It's an especially great idea to mimic the shape of the original's strands with a short cloak, which gives it a new but recognizable silhouette.
