(loosely done while League patching) I Imagine, A victorian style young woman with a long slim dress, who wields an Umbrella and a Whip Mary Poppins is OP Let's call her Valerie:

Passive Float on: Wards can be placed 2x further away, and once placed she is granted a temporary MS buff.

Q- Line Driver: Aoe Damage line. No other effects.

W - Umbrella Corp: Riding a "gust of wind" she leaps in any direction

E - Perk Up: Use to enable a short shield and AS buff for everyone within Units of Valerie.

R - Violent Whipage: She channels a whip that binds, grabs, then displaces a nami-bubble-sizeds AOE closer to her

i like the idea and would like to see a cross map ward with blue tricket as for the kit it all seams very clean and i look foward to any stats/lore/bio you might post on here to further define this concept P.S. love the umbrella and whip idea and since she is from piltover there might be someway to fuse the two together into a single changing weapon (like an umbrella that whips out or extends, or a whip that end opens up into a umbrella like shape when she uses a basic ability)
