[Concept Rework] The TRUE Taric Rework

"Gems."

1st Passive - Does it fit? Taric can't buy boots. He starts the game with only one crystal shoe... But where is the other? The other crystal shoe is taking up a whole item slot on a random enemy... WHAT A TRAGEDY! When this enemy dies near Taric, Taric will be able to pick up the shoe and gain the Buff "New Fashion". First stack of "New Fashion" gives Taric immune to slows and +100 movement speed. 2nd Passive - I like my gems polished... Taric's nail polish is taking a whole item slot on a random enemy too! When this enemy casts his ultimate near Taric, he drops the nail polish and Taric is able to pick it up, giving the second stack of "New Fashion". The second stack gives +500 health and +1000 mana. 3rd Passive - Bibity Bobity Boo! Taric's magic crystaline wand is missing! He must collect it somewhere from the map. Gaining the crystaline wand gives Taric the final stack of "New Fashion" granting him the buff "The True Fashionista". The True Fashionista gives Taric 200% more ability power and damage, 50% more armor and magic resist and doubles his mana. Also it upgrades his Ultimate ability to "Barbie's Party".

Q - Introducing the Gems Taric throws his gem collection at the enemy, dealing X magic damage and stunning (because of amaze, DUH?) them for Xs. 8/7.6/6.4/5.8/5.2s CD 80 Mana

W - Hop, Skip, Jump! Taric starts hopping around dodging damage, at the last hop he shakes the ground, dealing X damage and knocking down every enemy hit for Xs. 10/9.5/9/8.5/8s CD 75/80/85/90/95 Mana

E - The other side of the Gem... Taric spins his gem, emitting a rainbow ray that burns enemies for X damage over X seconds and slows them for Xs. 10/9/8/7/6 CD 100 Mana

R (First Stage of Ultimate) - Rainbows and Sunshine Taric creates a global storm of the Internet. All projectiles may vary from Nyan Cats up to Trollfaces. P.S The enemies are doomed.

R (Ultimate Ultimate) - Barbie's Party Taric rides his pink fluffy unicorn that dances on a rainbow, while having an open E, along the map. During the duration music of the rift is changed to "Barbie Girl - Aqua" globally. There are 50% chances that Barbie, Miss Bessie Busybody and/or Pink Fluffy Unicorn that dances on rainbows' mom may help out throwing lasors from their eyes. P.S The enemies are EXREMELY ULTIMATELY SUPERLY DUPERLY doomed.
