Game Mode Suggestions - Tilted and Boat Anchor

Tilted - one high elo vs 3 low elo aram or jungling or anything.

Boat Anchor - norms where high elo gets one person < gold where each team gets one scrub.

I know not many people would get to play overall, but i think it would add a really cool edge for streamers and anyone looking to connect the community.

even bringing in a low bronze into silvers would be neat.
