Idea : Jinx's new skin.

So, Lately I've been reviewing over my favorite villains form DC when I stumble upon a chilling fact, Harley Quinn and Jinx were so much alike! .. You know the whole partly insane dealy-o and the fact she likes to umm kill and be a misfit ? That made me think , " What if they could make a skin base off of Harley .... this way it wont interfere with copyright and such. I don't have a clear sketch or an example of one but I'll get around to it once I find people that might enjoy the idea.
