how to make this game touchscreen friendly

So does anyone else think if league made it possible to be able to play on a touchscreen laptop that would be awesome. I have one and I have tried playing that way but its so hard just because to be able to move and attack as well as use your abilities. I think having the option to switch your left and right mouse click would probably help with this especially using a touch screen. If riot games would give us this option i think that would be awesome.
