I mean we're all very certain that Riot is going to make the skin. I don't wanna sound mean here but watch as they'll make the skin but not credit you for the idea...

Actually it is. Skins are planned out a year in advance and then take them 4 months (minimum) to make when they get down the list. Kayn already got a skin this year (and Legendary at that). So, he won't see anything for at least a year.
