Riots next champion/skin?

So skimming through the epilogue for the bligewater event. i saw the name/title red captain. I immediately thought it as a Title (The Red Captain), for example ____ The Red Captain. or i pictured it being a new skin for GP post death, but he does already have a ghost skin... but it does have a nice sound to the name; The Red Captain Gangplank

you guys already gave me a rework, but now kill me?!?!
