Definitely Not Rammus

Yo Yo, so I'm thinking, there are only 2 definitely not skins right, so they have a new Definitely Not Skin every few months caller. Definitely Not Rammus, its rammus but dressed with like a penguin and when rammus goes into ball form it looks like the penguin is sliding on his stomach, and when he ults the penguin flapps his arms ! and when he comes out of ball form hes a standing penguin, its just an idea needs more concept to it but rito should so this, tell me your thoughts!!
