Voice chat communication

I'm wondering if riot could introduce a way to voice chat into league much like counter strike. I think it may improve team decisions (e.g. when to baron dragon, push, etc). It could also reduce the amount of flaming in chat if people actually get to talk to each other. Comebacks maybe easier and there would be quicker decision making.
