Idea 4 a new champ

I make some changes with Xull and I hope you like this idea and i got more idea like this coming up. You can come with your idea about what can you change on Xull.

Xull the Soul Wraith

Health:560 (+79 per level) Health regen:6.10(+0.66 per level) Attack Damage:58.879(+3.1 per level) Armor: 26 (+3.2 per level) Attack Speed:0.662(+3% per level) Magic Resist:31(+1.9 per level) Movement Speed:352

Passive: Unchained When Xull kills a minons they will drop souls that Xull must pick'em to restore 10/15/20/25 health and 5/10/15/20 mana base on Xull level.(champion kill will double the amount of the health and mana received)

Q:Scythes Hit---14/12/10/8/ cooldown----45/55/65/75 mana Xull hit in a conic zone(Cho'Gath w but a little smaller) dealing 100/125/150/175/200 physical damage +25% of total AD and slows them for 1.4 second.

W:Curse---20/18/16/14/12 cooldown----50/60/70/80 mana Xull throw a soul within 500 units as a skillshot, the first enemy it hits take 15/20/25/30/40 magic damage based on enemy current health bar.

E:Death Binding---18/16/14/12 cooldown----60/75/90/120 mana Xull sends a underworld hand dragging the first enemy hit between 150-350 units to Xull and slow them. Xull next basic attack deal bonus physical damage base on enemy total AD.

R:No Escape---150/120/90/70 cooldown----125 mana Xull mark a target for death and he gaining 20/30/40% movement speed and 30/40/50% attack speed for 20 second. During this time each basic attack deal critical damage when enemy is under 50% of maximum health bar.

I like the concept, but due to phrasing it needs a bit of editing. Also, didn't take into account cooldowns or scaling per point put it, so I'm gonna post some sample numbers. As for actually liking the champ, I do, but the problem stems from his thematic similarities to Thresh and overall split between each champ. I'll post who it's like by each ability. Also, no mana costs listed... You know what, I'm just gonna leave a link to what this should look like so you can edit this how you please once I'm done.

Name: Xull the Soul Wraith

Passive: Unchained Whenever Xull kills a unit, it leaves behind a soul fragment. Xull can click on the fragment from within 200 units to heal for 15/25/35/45 (Scaling with ult level) +1/2/3% missing health, and half flat value and normal missing for mana.

Q: Scythes Hit Xull swipes his weapons in front of him, dealing 60/110/160/210/260 +50% bonus AD damage in a cone and slowing targets hit by 50% for 1 second. 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 second cooldown. Costs 60/70/80/90/100 mana, reduced by 20% if it hits an enemy champion. (Cho'Gath cone with the silence replaced with an even worse cc. Also, really similar to Flay thematically.)

W: Curse Xull targets a soul within 400 units. The soul is sent in a skillshot from it's current location, and the first enemy it hits takes 20/50/80/110/140 damage and is stunned for 1.5/1.625/1.75/1.875/2 seconds. Costs mana equal to what would be restored by the soul normally. 9 second cooldown. (Okay, this ones pretty dope. I can't think of what it's similar to since Vector abilities are basically nonexistent, but closest comparison would be Xerath's stun orb.)

E: Death Binding Xull sends out a hand from the underworld, dragging an enemy hit between 100-300 units to Xull based on it's current distance (75% of current distance with 100 minimum). Xull's next auto attack deals bonus magic damage equal to 60% of the affected enemies AD and 30% of the affected enemies AP. (Despite my edits and with them, think Kled Q but without the only thing that makes it balanced: The escape chance.)

R: No Escape Xull marks a target for 15 seconds, gaining 50% increased movement speed and 50/75/100% increased attack speed while targeting them. During this time, Xull takes half damage from the marked target. 120/100/80 second cooldown. No mana cost, but rather a souls worth of HP with missing replaced with current. (Nerfed the duration/reduced damage because it's so dumb otherwise. You would drop it on the tank and use the free movement speed and durability to attack everyone else. Also, old Poppy ult.)

Too similar to Thresh IMO (in m opinion)

Passive is very boring. IMO

Champion doesn't bring anything new to the table IMO.

If you check the boards and other concepts, the "Souls" idea is overly used
