damn queues

I was about ready to go to bed when I decided to play a game of that cosmetic cash grab moba with a good amount of complex gameplay (lol). I am still learning the game and therefore play only lux mid as this is the best way to learn. As I go to queue up i get mid but the enemy team picks lux so i drop, wait the 5 mutinies and queue only to get autofilled jungle, not wanting to wait longer I decide to play lee sin to get autofill protection, after a 45 min game i queue up only to end up BOTTOM AND I QUEUED FOR TOP OR MID. So i drop again and wait the 5 minuits and get mid and lock in as lux, finally, i think, then my top drops because my jg banned his champion(teemo). so i queue up again, get mid and the enemy team picks lux. now i am waiting in a 15 minute drop timer. I am now inclined to never play this game again. so to expand your playerbase as to rob players of their money, i would recommend a type of queue for beginners in which you can only get the role you queue for. It would be a longer queue but would help people learn the game consistently and not rage quit therefore expanding your playerbase. I would much rather wait 10 minuits in a queue then waste the day feeding and queueing and getting filled.
