Vague, but new champion idea?

I know this might be really dumb to some people or already thought of/ generic which I know Riot doesn't want for their game but I'm really fond of the idea of having a professional thief and pickpocket themed champion. This "idea" spawned from when I was reading the description for a hextech key in the shop under the Chaos pass bundle where it says "For the times when a lock pick doesn't cut it" this ultimately made me wish I could play an infamous crook, most likely from Piltover or Zuan. But when it comes to looks I'm stumped. I'm not much of a fan of flashy looking characters (Except for Rakan ) which I guess works since I know that wouldn't fit for a sneaky thief so all I could think of is the bland old cloaked, masked, shadowy looking figure.
Abilities could be interesting, a passive where it can mark certain creatures/champions to give him bonus/stolen gold could be a really good concept for making him a jungle or roamer. On the other hand he could be more of a support Robin hood type deal taking gold from the richest enemy player (Or just getting extra gold form minions or monsters) and giving it to an ally (Like Zilean with Exp) making him a great support for late game champions. His Q, W, E, and R are a bit more tricky though. Something I've kinda wanted is a support move you can use to cloak, camouflage, or completely stealth anyone on your team. As OP as it sounds it could be really fun! While adding some variety to the support role. Traps seem kinda like a must along with a dash or roll due to his theme but there is one thing you see in a lot of stealth games that would be so interesting to see! Some sort of distraction, A rock, or a coin placed or thrown on the ground. This wouldn't be like Shaco's Jack in a box where it'd fade and be unseen by the enemy but more a small AoE charm that's hit or miss due to it's small range. Ult I can hardly think of anything which sucks since the Ult is usually the most important or holds the most impact of the kit.

This is more me just rambling and throwing ideas on paper, I know nothing about game design or how to keep something like this balanced in game hence why I have no numbers, specific unit measurements or anything really helpful to the creation of this idea. I figured no harm could come from me just being a dumb ass and dreaming on the discussion boards.

the ult would be the teamm8 invisibility if it was a qwe it would be broken as shit

Idea I have for this: Passive w/ Smite: Killing a Dragon, Rift Herald, or Baron Nashor permanently grants [X] gold every time you kill a Champion (no increased gold from assists, max +20 gold). If you kill a Champion with Bleed damage, you restore [X] - [X]% of your mana, the percentage based on your increased gold amount. Dying removes [X] gold from this amount. Passive w/o Smite: When you or a teammate destroys an objective anywhere on the map, you are permanently granted [X] gold every time you kill a Champion (no increased gold from assists, max +20 gold). If you kill a Champion with Bleed damage, you restore [X] - [X]% of your mana, the percentage based on your increased gold amount. Dying removes [X] gold from this amount. Q - Active: You throw your dagger forward, dealing damage and inflicting Bleed on the target hit. You heal half the damage you inflict from abilities (including this ability), but auto attacks deal less damage for a small duration. W - Passive: Hiding in the shadows well with your cloak, you are cloaked when exiting a bush for [X] - [X] seconds (based on rank) or until you activate an ability or auto attack. W - Active: You throw your cloak on a target. If thrown on an ally Champion, they are cloaked for [X] seconds or until they activate an ability or auto attack. If thrown on an opponent Champion, it deals no damage but inflicts Blind and causes them to take increased damage from your abilities. Activating this ability on a Champion doubles the cooldown. While this ability is on cooldown, this ability's Passive is negated. If you auto attack a Bleeding target, [X] seconds are removed from this ability's cooldown. E - Active: You throw an expensive and shiny trap, causing all non-Champions (including Towers in range) to aggro on it. This trap is destroyed in 1 hit from opponent Champion auto attacks, and/or 2 hits from Turret attacks. While this trap is active in Turret range, Turrets cannot target anything except the trap until the trap is destroyed (if you or an ally Champion would normally attract Turret aggro and do not exit the Turret's range, the Turret will aggro the closest ally fitting this condition after the trap is destroyed). You can only deploy 1 of this trap at any given time, but can charge up to 2. R - Passive: You are granted increased range of vision against Bleeding Champions. R - Active: You throw a dagger with a wire attached, inflicting Bleed on any target it hits. If this ability is activated by terrain and hits terrain [X] - [X] distance away (based on rank), it instead creates a trap that slows a single opponent Champion that travels through it. If an opponent Champion dashes through it, they are instead stunned for [X] seconds.

I don't even know where I was going with this, but I'm happy I made it. Please feel free to improve upon it, I didn't even really think about what I was typing until I finished XD

I've been working on a thief champion concept I'd like to give to Riot. She's a yordle support / marksman. Equipped with a magic key capable of opening any lock or door from a distance, she's an honest thief. She steals from the crooks and goons of the Bilgewater for fun!

P: Unlocked & Loaded : *Treasure Chests Spheres are spawned under enemy towers, 1 under each. Imoen can attack them to unlock it (consuming the treasure), gaining gold, EXP, and a permanent boost to her crit chance.

*Her magic key functions as her firearm, letting her attack from range. Attacking an enemy champion will reveal a set of tumblers rotating around them. If she attacks from the direction a tumbler is facing, she'll 'set' it. Setting all tumblers locks the opponent in stasis and grants them +5 gold.

Q: Rogue's Passage : *Linear skillshot that creates a 'corridor' that turns ALL who enter through the 'door' invisible. Allies will have their sight reduced to the dimensions of the corridor but retain allied sight, enemies will be fully nearsighted. (This is to create the feeling of being in the dark.)

W: Peek : *Near instant cast-time and channeled effect. Imoen narrows her sight to a far reaching line of sight bound with a cone. (Think how Jhin's Ulti aims, but with sight.) Any action will end the channel, leaving behind a Keyhole that Imoen can peek through by Right-Click'ing.

E: Spelljack! : *Imoen dashes in the target direction, gaining MS and an invulnerability shield (the shield can absorbs all forms of damage and CC) that decays over the next 2 seconds. Dashing through an enemy, or absorbing a spell with her shield will Silence that enemy.

R: Secret Cache! : *Imoen hides a Secret Cache at the target location. It becomes invisible. Allies can attack it to gain a heal and +5 bonus gold. Enemies can see it if they remain within sight of it for 7 seconds, and can attack it to destroy it, gaining +5 bonus gold. Imoen can attack it to grant an AoE heal to allies and distribute +5 bonus gold to all those effected.
