What are your opinions on armor penetration boots. I think it would help balance the tank top lane meta.

It'd be a matter of nerfing the champions or their itemization if said boots made them stronger than they are. But I do believe these champs could use some boots made for them.

What tank top lane meta? You mean the one in a competitive, fully-organized 5v5 setting where teamfight-oriented champions are top-tier and that accounts for a fraction of a percentage of all players? That tank top lane meta?

It would be nice to get some aggressive boots for champions like Jayce & Riven who can currently either go for item 3158 or a deffensive option. I wonder if adding lethality boots would be the right solution, though.
