So i had an idea a while ago for a Shadow Isles champ that could fill a couple of Niches, firstly being another Shadow Isles support besides Thresh and with a more Enchanter/control Play style. I also liked the idea of an actual Ghost champion, everything about Lilith's kit is designed with that idea from her Passive of "Vengeful Spirit" to her Ultimate "Possession"

Lore: Lilith was the youngest of a group of mages who underwent an expedition to the Shadow Isles in an attempt to reverse the Ruination, they failed. The denizens of the Shadow Isles attacked them, one of them grabbed Lilith and, rather than help her, the other mages ran away and fled the isles abandoning her to her fate. While she was able to escape the grip of the monster that had caught her there was nothing to protect her from the dreaded Black Mist, which consumed her body and soul transforming her into a powerful Wraith with the power to resurrect the dead and take control of their decaying bodies but this power forever traps her own soul in torment, unable to escape, unable to die and unable to forgive.

Passive - Vengeful Spirit When Lilith dies she becomes untargetable, invisible and can freely move for 9 seconds before her spirit fades, during this time she cannot cast her ultimate but gains access new basic abilities that Curse the ground after a 4 second channel leaving behind traps that arm after 1.5 seconds and trigger trigger when an enemy champion steps on them. The channel time of Lilith’s curses becomes shorter based on the number of “Remains” she has collected for her Ultimate “Possession”

Vengeful Spirit does not activate if Lilith is Executed

Q - Will-o’-the-Wisp Lilith ignites a ghostly flame at a target location, after a brief delay it returns to her dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage and slowing all targets hit by 40% for 2 seconds. If a target is facing the flame when they are hit they are rooted instead Vengeful Q - Curse of Malice Enemies that trigger this curse take 80/110/140/170/200 (+50% Ability Power) Magic damage after a 2 second delay

W - Soul Drain Lilith throws out a projectile that stops at the first enemy hit dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+20% Ability Power) Magic Damage. She can recast Soul Drain within 3 seconds to heal a target ally for 20/27.5/35/42.5/50% of the damage dealt to the target (Heal 30% effective against minions and non-epic monsters) Vengeful W - Curse of Envy Enemies that trigger this curse take 10/12/14/16/18/20% of their current health as magic damage, and leave behind a spirit orb which allies can pick up to heal for the damage that was dealt

E - Ghost Rush Lilith enhances her ghostly nature becoming invisible and gaining massive movement speed, only while close to enemy champions, for 3 seconds. During that period, Lilith leaves after-images of her each 0.5 seconds. And at the end of the duration, or when reactivated (after a minimum of 1.5 seconds) she makes a strident scream that fears all enemies facing her for up to 1 second based on how long she was Invisible (0.25 seconds after 1.5 seconds) and deals magic damage to everyone around her.

Lilith can also cast her Q - Will-o’-the-Wisp without breaking stealth, however dealing damage or casting any other ability will break stealth without activating the fear or damage.

Vengeful E - Curse of Fear Enemies that trigger this curse are feared away from the centre for 1.5 seconds and also take 10/11.25/12.5/13.75/15% increased damage for the duration

R - Possession Passive - Jungle camps slain by Lilith or her allies leave behind “Remains” which Lilith can collect at any time however only one set of Remains can lay at each camp (eg. if a camp respawns and is slain before Lilith picks up the first set of Remains another set of Remains will NOT drop), collecting Remains gives her access to different forms for her ultimate, Remains reduce the channel time of her Curses by 0.2 (minimum 1.4 seconds) each. The type of Remains that will drop are based on the Rank of Possession Rank 1 - Wolves and Gromp Rank 2 - Raptors and Krugs Rank 3 - Sentinel and Brambleback

Active - Channel for 1.5 seconds to Reanimate and possess the Remains of a jungle camp and transform them into a Hideous Abomination with new abilities and a full Health bar for 10 seconds. If Lilith dies or recasts Possession she transforms back with less health based on how much damage she took while transformed.

Lilith can choose between two forms for her ultimate by means of a selection bar (think Kindred/Neeko/Rengar) the forms change and become stronger with Possession’s rank and break down into Tank or Damage

Tank Gromp/Krug/Sentinel Passive - Gromp/Krug/Sentinel Gain increasing Health Armor and Magic Resist depending on the Rank of Possession, At Rank 3 also increases mana regen for herself and by 50% of the amount for nearby allies Q - Crush Rank 1: Deal magic damage to all enemies in a line and reduce their armor and magic resist by a flat amount Rank 2: Crush deals increased damage Rank 3: Crush shreds a percent of armor instead of flat W - Stagger Rank 1: Deal magic damage around herself and stun enemies Rank 2: increases the stun duration Rank 3: Knock up enemies instead E - Block Rank 1: Gain a shield Rank 2: the shield also applies to the nearest ally Rank 3: while shielded Lilith blocks all projectiles that pass through her

Damage Murk Wolf/Raptor/Brambleback Passive - Murk Wolf/Raptor/Brambleback Gain increased AD and Attack Speed Q - Leap Rank 1: Leaps to the target location dealing magic damage Rank 2: increases the range of the leap Rank 3: increases the damage and AoE size W - Frenzy Rank 1: Gain increased movement speed for a short time Rank 2: additionally gain increased attack speed Rank 3: all damage dealt while buffed applies burn damage for 2 seconds the burn can stack up to 3 times, at 3 stacks enemies are slowed for the duration of the burn. E - Strike Rank 1: Deals magic damage in a cone Rank 2: increases the range Rank 3: gain Life Steal for each enemy hit

Wow I love this idea, especially the way she interracts with the jungle, though there are 3 small things I noticed.

Her passive, which appears to be a big part of unlocking her entire kit, relies on dying. We already have a shadow isles champion that becomes a vengeful spirit upon death and so it might feel like just an altered copy. (Probably just me personally not liking death passives though)

I would see her as a support jungler similar to ivern rather than a normal supp. (This also links into the next thing) She has invisibility, cc and damage while also drawing incredible power from the jungle itself.

With her ult, she is alot more powerful when she is on blue side, since Krugs and Raptors are both on the same side of the jungle, if she was on the other side and wanted to gept a rank 2 she would have to go into top side jungle and then run all the way back bot. Taking alot longer. Id have the 2 level 2 remains being Raptors and Wolves.
