Lore: A once brilliant scientist, Dr. George Wendez worked on curing diseases in Zaun, he made a mistake on one disease, and it grew to take over living organisms' brains, necessarily turning them into zombies. The disease infected the doctor, and he hastily tried to develop a cure. He tried it on himself, but it didn't work completely, not turning him into a zombie-like figure but turning him insane. Now he seeks to spread the disease, but it is thought that the disease itself seeks to spread and reproduce.

Abilities:

Passive: Spread the Disease: Upon killing a unit, the disease takes over them, creating a "zombie" in place of them. For minions and monsters, it has 20% of your bonus health as HP, 50% of your AD, and 50% lifesteal, 0.6 attack speed (+0.025 x lvl), 15 +lvl armor and 15 +lvl mr.

For champions, it has 50% of the champion's bonus health plus 20% of your bonus health as hp, 50% of your AD plus 50% of the champion's AD, 75% lifesteal, 1.0 attack speed (+0.025 x ur lvl +0.025 x champion's lvl), 15 +ur lvl + champion's lvl armor, 15 + ur lvl +champion's lvl mr.

All "zombies" walk aimlessly around the map, and have a small vision cone in front of you. The have 200 movement speed, but this is buffed all the way up to your own movement speed instead when an enemy enters their vision range. The will pursue the first enemy they see and attack it. If there are multiple enemies at once, then it selects a random target (prioritizes champions).

Q: Chemical Spill: Spills harmful chemicals over an area, creating a 30/35/40/45/50% slow zone that dealings 1/2/3/4/5% +5% AP of the enemy's max health magic damage each second to enemies that stand inside. They cannot take more than 300/350/400/450/500 damage from this. Lasts 3 seconds. Mana cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana. Cooldown: 24/23/22/21/20 seconds.

W:Anti-Systems: Inflicts an enemy within a short radius with a drug that weakens their body's defensive systems, causing them to lose 12/14/16/18/20 + (5%of your armor) armor and 12/14/16/18/20 +(10% of your magic resist) magic resists for 3 seconds. Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana. Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14.

E: Pollute the Air!: Sends a bomb to a target location, which explodes, dealing an initial 60/75/90/105/120 +40% AP magic damage, then creates an area that is polluted. If enemies stay inside it for at least 2 seconds, then they are stunned and take the initial damage again. Mana cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds.

R: Advanced Anti-Systems: Inflicts an enemy within a short radius with a stronger drug, which does nothing except turn their health regeneration into damage they take. They don't regenerate health for the duration, and instead lose health. This effect doesn't apply to extra regen effects such as potions or Mundo ults. During this time, all nearby "zombies" will all target that enemy. Mana cost: 100/125/150 mana. Cooldown: 113/101/89 seconds.
