I'm not very familiar with the lore, but as far as I know these creatures do not exist in their universe?

Though the whole shtick about vampirism (and lycanthropy) is very overused. Maybe if would be interesting if you could clarify what it means to be a vampire specifically tailored towards Runeterra, setting it apart from traditional vampires (if the lore allows it).

I can't sat much about her kit, only that her ult (the reviving part) seems counter productive to me, unless the death timer starts as soon as she is slain the first time.

In the old lore I had she was morphed into one using a complicated hemomantic ritual. In the new lore, I haven't fully fleshed out exactly how the process happened, because it was more or less the power of the Black Mist as the concept stands. That said, I haven't put full lores for any of the classic concepts.

You are correct that its commonly used.

The revive starts after Avasha is slain the first time, and the player can revive her at a nearby location until the ult expires. If she is not slain while the ult is up, then she has whatever time left until a minute from the ult cast time to revive if slain.

For example (assuming she is level 6)

At 17:20, Avasha ults. It will last 15 seconds. At 17:35, the ult elapses.

By 18:20, it will be 1 minute since the ult was first cast.

That means Avasha's Revive will stay for 45 seconds. After that, if she is killed, the death timer ticks down as normal.
