[CLASSIC Concept] Avasha, the Vampire Bladesmaiden

I wonder why Riot uses so many mythical creatures, takes inspiration from folklore and legends, yet shies away from traditional vampires and werewolves.

I'm not very familiar with the lore, but as far as I know these creatures do not exist in their universe?

Though the whole shtick about vampirism (and lycanthropy) is very overused. Maybe if would be interesting if you could clarify what it means to be a vampire specifically tailored towards Runeterra, setting it apart from traditional vampires (if the lore allows it).

I can't sat much about her kit, only that her ult (the reviving part) seems counter productive to me, unless the death timer starts as soon as she is slain the first time.
