Can we get a new Ultimate Skin?

I would like to propose a new skin. I recommend Renekton. I would like a pre-insane, and locked up version of him. His lore talks about him being a general with Nasus. " Nasus planned the wars, and Renekton won them." They then became ascended and transformed into their forms. Could we get Renekton with new animations and a voice to match? What do you guys think?
