I did some searching around, and while the answers are not certain, she's definitely old enough for a swimsuit (late teens, early adult).

However... I can't see any of her skills going with a pool party theme. I mean, what would her ult look like?!?

I don't normally go to pools, since I own one myself. But I host a pool party every summer so I know what happens at that type of stuff :p

Well you'll be happy to know that most parents give their daughters 1 pice suits. Most consider 2 pc swimsuits on young girls to be too much.

Annie would probably just get a Japanese school girl one piece cause thats the extent of people's imagination with loli, even though I can think of many good swimsuits thanks to Tera.

Tibbers would be a puffy rubber pool toy that looks like a brown Baymax. Her passive could be glistening blue pool water like she's swimming in it. Her skills would all be pool water instead of fiery death. E could be like... a cheery sun behind her. When she recalls she could build a sandcastle and have normal tibbers destroy it in her immature fashion.

Just some thoughts.

I think that is a good idea actually, I'd love that to be a skin.

However I still don't like the idea of Annie walking around in a swimsuit, but if this came out I wouldn't have a problem with it.
