Would anyone be interested in a new game mode like URF. Not lowering the cool downs but making every item free so the game starts out with full builds. I think it would be an awesome game mode to try, or have a new item slot open up when you level up so at lv 6 you can have a full build. just an idea tell me what you guys think.
I think it would be fine to just let all item slots be open immediately.
Beef up minions (maybe permanent super minions on both sides), towers, and jungle monsters, but still have champions level normally.
That's quite basic to take part of the RGM but it's still more original and interesting than Nemesis Draft or Hexakill SR (imo).
And at least, we would get to play something else than Poro King

I always liked the idea, but you'd probably need to make people start at level 18 (and/or maybe balance towers and minions to avoid the retarded botlane push with a 6-items tank and 4 "tower-destroyer champions"), otherwise you won't have the opportunity to go for a full-damage build (you'd have the 500 base HP and an enemy with two tanks items would destroy you).
I'm just thinking if i can't save up for items, this games gonna get so boring real fast. You need something to do. Maybe instead of free the prices for everything is doubled, that'd be an actual challenge rather than a sandbox mode.
