Optional opt out of lewd pictures?

Hello, I am a previous user of league of legends. I recently stopped playing because of the inappropriate (lewdly dressed women) pictures in the game. I would personally like to continue playing, but do not because there is no way to "turn off" the pictures. The biggest barrier is in the start-up before each match.
I would like to request a "toggle" which would allow me to insert my own picture (maybe even a paid feature?) for characters. At the very least, permission to blank out the screen instead of seeing an objectifying picture would be helpful.
