With the hold on the SKT skins , can you swap Renekton with Fiora ?

Renekton already has alot of skin , plus with Fiora riot can make it so when you proc the vitals the healing effect on the ground would be with SKT logo.

Unless said champion recently (or is about to) get a skin. (SKT Sivir instead of Kalista because of the championship skin, and faker wanted Ahri the first time around, but she had just gotten the pop star skin)
