Yasuo hasn't received a skin since September 1st, 2014.
looks good, but in order to be legendary material, it requires... more... It looks like a 1350 skin at the most, and that would require some sort of voice filter. Without that, it would definitely be a 975 skin, with the red sword, if the wind wall was like a wall of fire, if the tornado is a fire tornado.
I recommend googling "FIRE TORNADO". They look really really cool
The last few legendary skins have A LOT of work on them. Consider the Dragon Trainer Tristana, having new voice stuff, having her weapon replaced with a living creature, all new animations for all her abilities.

I've seen this asked for many times.
And holy shit do I want it bad.
Except that i have yet to see the day during my time (S4 start - present) when Riot actually takes skin suggestions and creates a skin for them.
And i am not talking about skins for holidays, those don't count if they take ideas.
This is very nice looking, but please ALWAYS credit artists.
