I definitely agree that Yorick definitely needs a new skin more than anyone else (alongside the likes of Taric) though both still have to wait for their updates before getting a new skin. Hopefully they both get completed this year and receive shiny new skins to go with it!

looks good, but in order to be legendary material, it requires... more... It looks like a 1350 skin at the most, and that would require some sort of voice filter. Without that, it would definitely be a 975 skin, with the red sword, if the wind wall was like a wall of fire, if the tornado is a fire tornado.

I recommend googling "FIRE TORNADO". They look really really cool

The last few legendary skins have A LOT of work on them. Consider the Dragon Trainer Tristana, having new voice stuff, having her weapon replaced with a living creature, all new animations for all her abilities.

imagine his tornado is baron twirling for it, his ult includes and animation of baron twirling around the area, and his windwall is more like a firewall, add in a anew vo where yasuo talks about his "dragon" and some red particales attached to his autos and q, and that seems like a good legendary.

And, before we end up in the "Omg it would be 2 red-Yasuo skins", I have a small suggestion.

The Dragonslayer skinline could be a bit altered for the Ionian champions in order to represent Ao Shin instead of a random fire dragon. This would make a cool and unique theme plus give space to some jokes about Ao Shin disappearance from the champions going to be released xD
