RIOT Azir Skin Concept
Passive would be a police prison like tower
his soldiers would be police men
and his ultimate would be a wall of police men with RIOT shields

i hate tryhards1 votesIt'd be cool if his passive were like those prison searchlights with siren sound effects.
His soldier auto attacks using police batons, or tasers.
I like your version of his ult, I was also thinking it could be a regular wall with barbed wire spiraled on it, like those prisons in old school movies.
Call it Shawshank Azir, kappa.
Bardo Go Hardo1 votesthanks for the feedback kappa.
SoryInAdvance1 votesonly thing is that it needs to be soldiers with shields cus you can run through it and there is a push back animation if an enemy walks into it.
