I Want to gift my friend chaos tokens
i really wanted to gift my friend some chaos tokens so he can get the icon that he wants, but i can't gift anything like it. If Riot somehow sees this please make it so you are able to gift materials.

You'd have to gift him RP and have him buy more chaos tokens in the shop, rito doesn't allow you to gift them for a reason.
