Xyz, the Omega Killer

Background Xyz' destiny is to destroy the Omega. Simple as that. Every time the Omega will come to burn the universe, Xyz will be reborn. Then, he is free to roam the land and do as he pleases until he dies and the cycle brings him back to life. This time, he joined the Summoners and the League. He only speaks what is important. Explaining what the Omega is isn't important.

Abilities Destiny in death. Passive. Whenever Xyz dies, his ultimate's cool down is reduced by 40 seconds.

Soul beam. Primary. Xyz doesn't use any Mana nor energy, by the way. Instead, he can charge this ability and lose up to a certain amount of life (depending on his level) to deal a greater amount of damage to the first target this beam hits. Note that he can still move while charging this ability.

Bone brison. Xyz summons the bones from the Omega dimension around him to pull them quickly into himself. He may stab himself and lose a good amount of hit points, but he gets to drag his opponents towards him for that. He also gets an attack buff for a short duration.

Boiling infusion. Xyz empties himself of a great amount of blood, so he is dealt a certain amount of damage as he does, and makes it begin to boil with his magic. Then, after a small cool down, he throws it at his opponent, filling it with the liquid. This ability deals damage over time as well as slowing down the victim.

Alpha's might. Ultimate. Xyz summons a medium-sized cloud above his head. It rains blood under it. Any opponent under the rain of blood takes damage. The blood splatters all over where Xyz goes and it gives him a speed buff when he walks on it. Xyz deploys an aura during his ultimate which reduces all his cool down and slightly buff his health regen. permanently!

Heheh, I hope you guys can help me with the background since I don't know much about LoL's lore. As for the abilities, they are, obviously, in great need of balancing ! XP
