let us count the skins; Frosted Ezreal, Pulsefire Ezreal, Debonair Ezreal, and Ace of Spades Ezreal, are all available all the time. With Nottingham Ezreal, Striker Ezreal, Explorer Ezreal and TPA Ezreal as legacy, that makes 8 more than arcade, I don't think you understand "only"

You realize that ezreal has 9 skins, while some champions legitimately only have one skin?
