(Champion Concept) Lecii, The Weapon Enthusiast

"I wanted to make a concept champion that's kit was centralized around a weapon changing concept, but I felt that letting the player choose which weapon to use all the time permitted too much, but giving the champion second abilities for each key was too overloaded in terms of how often you could perform the different abilities. This was the result._ Lecii, The Weapon Enthusiast is all about constantly changing forms, and choosing when to add bonus effects wisely._"

Passive - One size fits all: Every auto attack, her weapon changes to the next in rotation Sword: Deals additional damage Scythe: Slows the target Bow: Has additional range (The weapon will always change, no one effect can be held onto for any more than one hit)

Q - Choose a weapon: Reverses the cycle of weapon change (Default is Sword -> Scythe -> Bow) The more often you use a weapon, the more powerful it's effect becomes, but your attack stat will have less impact. Using different weapons will remedy this. Try not to switch too often, or the attacks might go stale. Also effects the rate at which the weapon changes (Attack speed does this as well) (With a low cooldown, can be used to alternate between two weapons instead of three)

W - Perfect Strike: The next attack deals additional damage and the effect of the current weapon is increased

E - Fusion Attack: Merges the different weapons together to deal damage in a cone Can be used with Perfect Strike to execute the ability faster and do it twice. (The weapon appearance is something like a bow that shoots really massive two-bladed shuriken)

R - The rod of truth: For a small period of time, Lecii's weapon forms a staff instead of her normal weapons, and has a % chance to not be effected by incoming attacks and abilities. The staff attack gains additional damage based on attacks and abilities she is involved with (meaning both her own and incoming attacks/abilities)

"This is just a preview for now. I haven't thought about any numbers or an appearance for this concept yet. I would also appreciate some help, if someone thinks they can come up with a story on how she came to the League of Legends. This is my first champion concept I've really put reasonable effort into; any and all feedback is welcome."

"Edit 1: I've made the W significantly easier to understand, altered the name of the E, and made a slight change to the R. While I haven't got anything solid yet, I can guarantee there is a relation between Lecii and Jax. I'm thinking of her being his daughter, with a special line of dialogue going something like 'I followed your footsteps, father; I hope you're proud of me.' but I'm still open to suggestions right now." "Edit 2: I've made a slight change her R that makes it seem more like an ultimate, instead a defensive weapon she can only use for so long. Also added an additional effect to her Q that should help make sure all three of her weapons are used throughout the game. To compensate this negative impact, the effects from her different weapons would be more impactful."

Currently working on making things easier to understand, as well as flesh out the actual "character" a little better. As it stands, she WILL have some relation to Jax. Let me know if anyone comes up with further ideas.

Hey dude! Before I get started I want to say that the comments I make are purely my opinion, and that at the end of the day he's your champ and not my champ, so make him however you want :)

{quoted} Passive - One size fits all: Every auto attack, her weapon changes to the next in rotation Sword: Deals additional damage Scythe: Slows the target Bow: Has additional range (The weapon will always change, no one effect can be held onto for any more than one hit)

I've seen the whole 'multiple weapons' idea a few times, but I actually quite like this idea. A lot of people typically go for an Udyr-like approach, where each ability is a different weapon (myself included). This is an interesting idea that I haven't seen suggested before.

Q - Choose a weapon: Reverses the cycle of weapon change (Default is Sword -> Scythe -> Bow) Also effects the rate at which the weapon changes (Attack speed does this as well) (With a low cooldown, can be used to alternate between two weapons instead of three)

A nice first ability and works very well with the passive. As you've said with low cooldown you could toggle this well between 2 weapons. I only wish it did a little bit more. It's nice, but it doesn't feel like enough. Like is should give something passively, or something like "for the next x seconds, your basic attacks deal bonus damage equal to the number of times you've swapped weapons" So basically the more you basic attack, the more damage your weapons would do.

W - Stab/Rend/Draw/All the weapons(Q)/Yay, Violence(Second cast)/Moneyshot(E)/Empower(Ult): Next attack/ability has additional effect Stab: Pierces the the target hit while in sword form, reducing the armor of the target and other targets shortly behind it Rend: Increases the slow duration and causes target to bleed for additional damage over time Draw: Increases the additional range further, and the attack functions like a skillshot, hitting all targets it passes through All the weapons: Weapon takes a hybrid form, gaining all 3 innate bonuses Yay, Violence: Lecii can't decide what to do, and gains a stack of Violence. Each stack of Violence increases all of her stats by one, all stacks are lost if she is not in combat for some time. Moneyshot: Gains increased range and deals increased damage based on unspent gold Empower: Deals additional magic damage on the next attack

A very loaded ability to say the least. Stab, Rend and Draw seem fine, and they again would interact with the passive and Q well. "All the Weapons" is nice, but just to clarify: You make a hybrid weapon of all 3 weapons, then basic attack, wouldn't you be triggering Stab/Rend/Draw at the same time? "Yay, Violence" doesn't really seem like it has a place here, and I'd suggest removing it entirely. "Moneyshot" is a nice ability, but doesn't really make sense as part of this kit. This champion is all about using multiple weapons. Why are they scaling damage with gold? "Empower" would be fine it the R itself did a little bit more.

E - Screw the rules: Pulls out a shotgun and hits all enemies in a cone

Put bluntly, this feels really out place in the kit. I understand that this is another weapon, but it also feels like it has no thought put into it. It almost comes across though you ran out of ideas. I would honestly much rather see "All the Weapons" moved to the E as it's own complete ability, and increase the effects of the W.

R - The rod of truth: For the next few seconds, Lecii dodges all incoming attacks, using a staff as her weapon. The staff has no innate bonus effects.

This also feels pretty lack luster. You dodge all incoming attacks which is nice, but the staff provides you with nothing. Sure, you could enhance it with your W, but you've essentially weakened yourself. You could have something really interesting here. A magic staff that deals damage equal to your AD and AP? Being able to basic attack everyone within a certain range, Runaan's Hurricane style? I dunno. Just something more than it currently is.

Overall, you came out very strong with your passive, Q and W. I few tweaks here and there, but I liked them quite a but. But the E and the R don't seem too well thought out and don't really mesh well with the rest of the kit. I understand you're not completely done with the concept, and there's some good ideas here, so hopefully this can turn into something good. Nice effort, look forward to seeing draft 2.

I love the idea of a constantly changing auto-attacks (it seems complicated and I love complicated), I like the idea of the W, it took me awhile to understand it though, and probably needs to be explained a little bit more. I almost think that it should just empower the next auto attack or fuse the weapons, not affect the E or R. While I like the name of the E I think it's a little out of place in this moveset/concept. I'd almost have the R have all the bonus effects of the weapons for a brief period of time as well.

I'm not the best with lore though... Maybe do something with Jax? He is a great fighter so I could see them having something (whether it be rival/teacher-student/hero/enemy/ect...)

Great idea and I love the uniqueness of the character!

Is she using a transforming weapon, or several of them? Personally, I can't really picture what a scythe-sword bow would look like during Fusion Attack.

Constantly making changes based on what little feedback I'm being given.

On another note, I think she is going to have a bit of a positive attitude to her. Very upbeat and smiley, so to speak. Kinda like a non-crazy Jinx, if that makes any sense. Also, she now gets bored of using the same weapons all the time. She has three weapons for a reason, after all.
