If I were to make the new Dark Water kinda Support Champ

Passive: Aquatic - AP and Movement Speed increased by 10% while in water

Q: Mini Guiser - 50 distance diameter AoE Skillshot with cast range of 700 Max distance that deals 85/110/135/160/185 magic damage with 50% AP scaling that sends a champion/minion/non elite monster flying into the sky for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds, with cooldowns of 16/14/12/10/8, at Max rank, the ability's charges Max at 2, if an ally is hit by this ability, they are knocked up and they choose where they land within a 700 range diameter circle

W: High Tide - Casts a 200 distance diameter pool of water around you that moves with you that heals you and allies for 1%/1.5%/2%/2.5%/3.5% hp, 3 second cooldowns at all ranks, at Max rank the pools size is increased from 200 diameter to 400 diameter, if enemy champion is inside High Tide, they will be effected by it but it does not negatively affect the enemy champion/s inside

E: Toxic Water - A Lux Q size Skillshot with 800 travel distance that when hits an ally champion, it shields them for 75/100/150/300 with 60% AP scaling and enhances their basic attacks for 3 seconds with a DoT of 3/6/10/15/22 magic damage per second with .5% AP scaling for 2 seconds, when the ability hits a enemy minion/champion/monster they are hit with 50/80/120/170 magic damage with 85% AP scaling and slowed for 10%/12%/14%/16%/20%, cooldown of 11/10/9/7.5/6 seconds at Max rank, Toxic Water increase the Attack speed of ally hit for 15%, and Silence enemy hit for .5 seconds

R: Whirlpool - Casts a 300 diameter circle shaped Whirlpool that sucks enemy minion/champion/non elite monster into the center of the whirlpool for 2/2.5/3 seconds that deals 50/60/80 damage per second with 20% AP scaling, cooldown of 220/160/90 seconds, at Max rank the ability's cast range is doubled from 650 Max to 1300 Max distance

Mana costs are debatable

Extra stuff - Mana cost for W would be a over time Mana cost like Karthus W

• Rylais would be the only thing that W could effect enemies with -Im not too sure about the whole Distance thing, so the the ranges could be completely off from what I imagine in game xd
• I came up with this idea while taking a half hour shower, numbers were thought of while typing originally this idea to a friend
