How rare is Noxus Poppy?

So I recently got noxus poppy from mystery skins, but I haven't seen her in the shop. So I was wondering if it was a rare skin or not.

I found it in a mystery skin and I was like: ah, that skin's pretty bad. Didn't know it was Legacy. I'm actually pretty lucky with mystery skins. Opened 3 and got Mundo Mundo, TPA Mundo and Noxus Poppy so 3 Legacy skins LOL

This was my 1st Skin i ever got, but they have sold it last time with the Poppy rework. I dont know when this skin will be avaible again, but i have only seen 2 people using this skin in half a year, so its pretty rare. :) Poppy

Congrats dude...it's a legacy skin...it hasn't been sold in quite some time, so it's decently rare. That's the best thing about the mystery skins...you can get stuff that isn't available anymore.

It is a legacy skin so it is fairly rare. It is only purchasable while the "vault" is unlocked.

i do nothing but mystery gift. i have got K9 nasus, riot blitzcrank, mundo mundo more but not on league if riot ever takes away mystery gifting like they take away my urf everytime ima send some people to hell
