So, anyone who has all the skins for a specific champion will sometimes struggle with which skin to use, So i thought "Hmm, to bad there isn't a random option for skin selection." then i thought, hey maybe there can be, if i believe! But of course we want it to pick a skin that excludes the base skin. please help the cause by voting (yes or no)

Hell yeah, I have all the yasuo skins and sometimes its really hard for me to pick between the 3 of em', so that'd actually be really nice.
This doesn't sound particularly hard to code. And it's a good idea since people often will settle for a single skin for a champion, this incentivizes buying more skins for a single champion, which is more money for Riot.
Why haven't you done this already Riot? Easy bucks for a loved harmless feature, itll get you more RP than forcing people to buy keys, and less hate for it too.
Yeah, I would love to have a random option. I have all skins for Karma (traditional included), Cassiopeia, Miss Fortune and Sona. Sometimes I don't know which one I would like to use so random option would be a cool thing to have.
Generally when I play with a friend, I ask them to pick a number that correspond with the order of the skins on the champ select and I select whatever number they pick.
There's honestly no reason there shouldn't be. I like it.

That would be very helpful so I get more bang out of my buck when I have multiple skins. When I own the most expensive/ arguably best skin for a champ (I.E. Radiant 
, Gentleman 
, DJ 
) I normally won't use the other ones and the rest tend to become a waste of money. A random skin option could help fix that problem.
