Better PBE-Sign UP

Hey Riot,

I understand that you have many sihn-ups for PBE, but why you choose people random? Many of these people just play when a new champ is out. I read for 3 years now all PBe-Stuff, but never got an answer on my PBe sign-up. I know that you look for peolpe who play the champ or the class which get a rework. I think a good idea is that you look more for player behaviour then just the played champ.
