Is This Possible Or Is It Just A Pointless Idea?

I am a Zed main and I really want lvl 6 mastery. I recently achieved 2 S ranks in 2 of my recent games. As I do not have all the champs yet, I used all my blue essence to unlock permanent champs. So I was not able to unlock lvl 6 mastery. A few days later riot released mystery champ shards for 1700 IP. I played a few games, got enough IP, and it uncovered a champ that I already own. Then, i disenchanted it and I got a sub total of... 499 BLUE ESSENCE (u need 500 blue essence to unlock)! At this point I was pissed >:( I played a few more games in hope of getting a hextech chest and unlocking another champ shard, but I already got S' with the champs that I can kinda play well (to an extent).

So my request from riot is for you to be able to disenchant key fragments for a small amount of blue essence, as I have received a lot of them lately. So there will have a smaller of this happening. Plus it will make my day :D
