[campion concept] Agatha: The well intentioned Fairy Godmother

My champion idea was born with the idea of bringing some older aged champs into lol. I'm not great at this but I'm sure the lol developers could have a great time turning this into something fun!

Agatha is a whimsy well meaning fairy Godmother that some times just can't seem to get it right, but her hearts in the right place. You see she's a support character (anti-support....support?) at least She thinks so anyway for the other team.

Passive: 3 wishes

Every 3rd spell cast on an enemy champ is free, provides a shield for 1 sec on agatha, and increases damage on target for 1 second.

Q: Dream Come True!

Agatha places a pumpkin shield/ aura on target. Target champ ally gains Movement speed and increased attack speed. Enemies are slowed and attack slower. "Oops, I did it again,"

W: Abracadabra!

Passive: when agatha auto attacks an enemy champ she builds up a stack up to 10 stacks

Passive: agatha can attack ally champs if she has a stack. Each auto attack heals allies. "I need new glasses!"

E: Bopity BOOM!

polymorphs all minions or jungle monsters in an area. These targets become unntargetable for 3 seconds. Double casting scatters the animals running and slows all enemy champs that make contact with animals.

R: stroke of midnight

Target champion (enemy or ally) becomes untargetable and is teleported to their nexus.
