A new Champion idea

I have been playing League for a fair good few years now, and I have carefully created this champion with balance in mind. I hope you guys will consider my submission and make the champion at some point. As for any scaling or ratios, I do not care how you set those up for this champion.

Naito, the Wandering Blade Lore: Naito originally hails from the land of Ionia. He is a survivor of the massacre that was the Noxian Invasion. His parents, in fact, sacrificed themselves to allow him to escape the toxic fumes from the Zaunite chemist, known as Singed. He traversed the dangerous lands of Ionia and eventually ended up at the steps of the Kinkou Monastery. He stayed here, hiding and stealing food from the ninjas of the Kinkou. One day, he was found out and; even though he expected to be punished, they allowed him to live and to stay at the Monastery. Here he trained whenever either one of the Kinkou were available to do so; with his main trainer being the Fist of Shadow, Akali. After several months, Shen told Naito that his time with them was over. He handed Naito a pair of twin swords, and told him to go towards the fishing town below, saying there is a boat there waiting for him to go on his journey. Naito did as instructed after he bowed and thanked the Kinkou for everything they did. He sailed as his next destination was meant to be the city of Piltover, but the tides guided him to the dark city of Zaun. Even though he had wished to go and attempt to kill Singed, he was reminded of the teachings by Shen. He also knew he was not yet ready. While he was lost in thought, he barely failed to notice a hulking man attacking him. He narrowly dodged the attack and got caught in a battle. However, during the battle, a young boy had come to assist Naito. Together, they fended off the brute and fled; but at the unfortunate sacrifice of Naito’s blades. The boy looked at the broken blades and offered to remake them into something new for him. Naito agreed and during this time, the two became friends. A few months later, the boy named Ekko gave Naito his new weapons. They were a pair of twin swords made with hextech technology. They were attached to each other by a form of tether, and Ekko told Naito that they could be combined into a single large blade. Naito took a few weeks to learn to use the new weapons before heading off to his next destination, Freljord. After months of travel, Naito finally arrived at the foot of the mountains of Freljord. He started his climb to the mountain, as he now searched for a place where he could become strong. After some time, he heard an inhuman roar as a giant creature with a massive wooden club had dropped down on him. Naito had evaded his initial attack and jumped to evade his following attack. Naito came down in a spinning motion and slashed down onto the creature with his twin swords, then jumped back to send a wave of energy from the blades. The waves caused deep lacerations in the creature’s shoulders. He slid back and jumped up again, combining the swords together as they gathered immense energy. He then dove down onto the creature right as it recovered, slamming the sword onto it before it could attempt to block. The swords gathered energy erupted in an explosive pillar of raw energy. The creature roared and fell unconscious from the pain as Naito detached the swords and sheathed them on the back of his waist. Soon he heard the roar of an avalanche coming down towards him. He took shelter in a nearby cave just as the avalanche came down, engulfing the creature he fought and sealing the entrance to the cave. Naito made a makeshift fire inside the cave to keep him warm. After a few hours, he heard a rumble as a new opening erupted in the cave, and a young girl came into view. “Are you alright?” She had said. Naito was prepared for battle as the girl showed protest of having ill intent. Her appearance made Naito believe her and she offered to take him off the mountains. He, at first, rejected her offer. “Are you sure? You don’t look like you will last long here.” She said, obviously poking fun at him. He stood, with his back turned to her. He contemplated on the idea of dying here. He then noticed she was shivering. “Perhaps we should at least wait out the storm” he said to her, “I have plenty of supplies to last us both.” “I guess that would be best” she replied, bringing up earth to close the entrance so that the cold would not creep in. Then she came huddled up to the fire across from Naito. It did not take long for either of them to fall asleep. As the dawn broke, Naito woke up and woke the girl up gently. “Time to leave…?” She mumbled as he relit the fire for them and then cooked some of the meat rations he had for them. After they ate, she opened the cave again and summoned a slab of stone along the side of the mountain. They jumped onto the slab as the slab ran along the mountain walls. Naito was amazed at the girl’s power over stone, and even complimented her. In a few days, the two had crossed all the way to the sands of Shurima. Here they had walked away from each other, bowing respectfully to each other. Naito now wanders the vast lands of Valoran, growing strength, knowledge, and wisdom in his experiences in the different lands.

Abilities: Passive: Hardened Edge/Severing Edge: Can choose a sword form at start of match. Passive becomes replaced with sword form’s passive: Hardened Edge (Large Sword form): Adds 2% of Max Ability Power to Attacks and Abilities. Attacks and Abilities reduce Armor by 4% (Stacks 5 times). Severing Edge (Twin Swords form): Increases Attack Speed by 5% with every Auto-Attack (Stacks 5 times). Attacks and Abilities inflict a Bleed that deals 2% of Naito’s Max Ability Powers every second for 4 seconds. Q: Whirling Blur: Active: Naito dashes to target location, dealing physical damage to enemies in his path. W: Backlash Scar: Active: Naito jumps back from target location, sending waves of energy from his sword(s) and slowing all units hit for 1.5 seconds. If in Large Sword form, the wave has a wider range and deals physical damage. If in Twin Swords form, it becomes two converging waves and deals physical and magic damage. E: Ionian Discipline: Passive: Increases Life Steal by 2% of Max Attack Damage and Spell Vamp by 2% of Max Ability Power. Active: Grants Lethality by 2% of Max Attack Damage and Magic Penetration by 2% of Ability Power for 8 seconds. R: Ultimate: Faithful Dive: Naito Jumps into the air and dives down onto target location, dealing physical damage and magic damage to nearby targets upon landing. Applies full stacks of current sword form’s passive and switches the form. If switching from Large Sword form, those in the immediate area are knocked up for 1 second. If switching from Twin Swords form, Naito heals for 50% Max Health.
