A "Memories" temporary gamemode ? We're going time travelling...

Right, first of all, sorry for my bad english (I'm French, but don't hate on me I mean I'm kind and stuff). I've been thinking recently, while playing casually (since I'm studying in engineering), that a lot of things used to be so funny in this game, and while it changed (for the best or for the worse, you decide), while it's on a constant evolution, I was wondering how we would be performing if we suddenly went back in the past. Let me explain.

Imagine, for one week, the whole League of Legends you know so well goes back a few years in time... S5 ? S4 ? Even S3 ? Dropping from 7.1 to 4.whatever just as if you entered a time warp ? What if they brought back the old map for a limited time ? Not only that, but godly forbidden items such as DFG ? Oh, and what if Kassadin could silence again ? Of course, bringing back the whole source code from a few years ago would consist in a tremendously huge patch and stuff, but bringing back a few iconic parts of it would be fun in my opinion. Maybe they can introduce this as a temporary gamemode just like they do with URF, one week every year, or a weekend every 6 months whatever, where the gameversion that's being brought back would be picked according to a huge poll with the LoL community, or else there would be a thread where people suggest elements to bring back and the most upvoted one would be the chosen one, or even randomly it doesn't matter I guess. Now don't get me wrong, imo this game is going the right way (even tho now that I'm playing less I seem to not be able to catch up ^^) but I can't help thinking about those old days when I could play hours straight with my crew on the good ol' version of the game. It would be refreshing also since it would be a nice way to display the contrast and the whole work Riot has been putting into the game as to make it evolve into something better in a way.
