Skin Idea For Sion: Train Conductor Sion

Hello everyone! Had a funny thought tonight playing Sion. While using his Ult I made a train WHOOO WHOOO!! noise haha. Made me think that it would be quite funny to have! You could even make the global noise that of a train engine charging up full speed, all the while Sion making some goofy comments. I know he has a few skins already and others need skin worse, but it would be funny to see down the road. Thoughts?
