Let's Discuss this new OP Rune Keystone!?!
This keystone looks ridiculous. Its going to be super op just like dusk blade was for the last patch then it got hot fixed. I think its going to end up the same way. An active on your boots wtf.

You're complaining about too much too soon. Duskblade's problem was it did a shit load of damage with no cool down. This has a 180 second cool down and can be interrupted by damaging the player.
Honestly, this seems a bit interesting to me. It looks to be more useful on Jungler's with weak ganking abilities than a standard rune for Assassins.
Like Kindred for example. She is super slow without boots and does not have much in the way of a starting range, or early game burst. This could SERIOUSLY help her get rolling in the game.
