More interactions between Tibbers and Annie please!?

After receiving my Annie-Versary skin I played some games with her just to appreciate the awesome skin. I ended up wondering exactly what Tibbers is, and how Annie got her powers. So, I read her bio and short story. The bio was eye-opening but the short story... oh my god. Wow, I laughed several times, it was immersive and really enjoyable to read (Annie and Tibbers are probably my new favorite characters in Runeterra now). However it got me thinking, in-game, there aren't as many interactions between Tibbers and Annie as the story suggests there should be. She's his closest friend, and he, hers. I just wish that, just like in the story, Annie made was more interactive with Tibbers. In the story, Tibbers destroys an entire Tavern and everyone inside. Well.... almost everyone. Tibbers sees the bartender behind the counter, the bartender thinks he's done for, but Tibbers just laughs. YES TIBBERS LAUGHS. Annie tells the bartender, "Don't worry, tibbers likes you." This was because the bartender served them milk I guess. Right, another thing I loved, was Annie talked to Tibbers even though he never vocally responded or talked to her(both before tibbers trasnforms and after). So I guess their connection is more psychological. I love this because it feeds the idea that Annie is just a girl wandering around with her favorite toy, too naive to understand her bear is just a toy. Or that's what people think. The story also shows that tibbers has to some extent, some independence, he's not just a tool for annie to use, he's truly her friend. The fact that he laughed when he saw the bartender cowering in fear just made me feel that the character of Tibbers can be so much more appreciated and expressed in-game than he is now. I'd really love it if Rito could update Tibbers and annie, for more in-depth interactions between them and other champions (Maybe when she sees lucian and/or senna she could ask them for a home in a deceptive way(her bio mentions she does do this). OH, Ivern and Daisy both dance when you hit ctrl+3. Annie's dance is... weird, but maybe Rito could make it so that when Annie laughs, they both laugh.

P.S. - How likely is it that this is seen by a Riot employee, and exactly what do they do when they find ideas they like... if that's what they even come here for...
