Cool Skin Ideas (Home Run Poppy, Surfer/Pool party Taliyah, Lifeguard/Pool party Sivir)

I was discussing with my friends about some cool skin ideas, and I wanted to share them with rito and the lol community just to see whether they could become realities:

Home Run Poppy: PASSIVE - A baseball Q - Baseball bat W - She tags the enemy champ as in tagging them out before they hit the base E - She skids across the ground and leaves a smoking dirt trail behind her R - She swings her baseball bat and hits everyone back, and at the end a voice says "HOME RUN!" Recall - Throws a baseball into the air then smashes it to the ground with her bat, and stays leaning on the bat (which is stuck into the ground) until the recall ends

Surfer/Pool party Taliyah: PASSIVE - Surfboard Q - Splashes water at the enemy W - A beach ball that bounces enemies up E - Water balloons R - Tropical terrain (with the occasional palm tree) Recall - A jet of water gushes out of the ground and springs Taliyah up and keeps her there for a few seconds, then lets her down and the water swallows her whole into the ground

Lifeguard/Pool party Sivir: PASSIVE - Normal particles Q - Throws a lifesaver W - Lifesaver with water splashing particles E - Water gently pouring down around her, and if she blocks an ability, water splashes R - Water bursts out (so much water in this skin) and she leaves behind splashes Recall - Sivir hangs her lifesaver at the side of her lifeguard chair and climbs up, staying there and looking around until the end of the recall
