There haven't been enough Void champs recently, and an assassin seemed like it would be fun. If you have any meta criticisms, balancing, or lore suggestions, please post!

Passive: Void Eyes: This ability allows Von'Ur to see unstealthed champions in the fog of war with a health percentage of 10/25/35/40 or less in a range of 1500/1700/2000/2300 units around them. These units gain the debuff "Seen" which marks them with a spherical shape above their heads. If attacked by Von'Ur, the mark pops, dealing 5/10/15/20% bonus damage with initial attack and silencing the enemy for 0.5 seconds. This passive cannot be activated on more than one enemy at a time. This passive cannot be activated more than once every 6 seconds.

Q: Soulsteal: Von'Ur fires out a crescent-shaped arc that, on the first unit it hits, damages the unit for 70/100/120/150/200 Physical damage (+20/30/40/45/50% of total AD) changes color from purple to gold and continues its arc, returning in a perfect circle to Von'Ur's original position, healing him for 50/75/100/125/130 Health (+25% of AP) and, if it hits, restoring 2/5/6/7/8% of Von'Ur's missing mana. The circumference of the circle can be altered by the player. Max Range: 600 Unit diameter Mana cost: 100 Width: 65 units Speed: 700 units/second Cooldown: 10/9/8/7.5/7 Seconds W: Suspense Assault: Von'Ur throws out a fast bolt of energy and teleports to the first person that it hits after a 1/1/0.75/0.75/0.5 second delay unless the unit is further than 1200 Units from Von'Ur. The bolt slows by 20/40/50/60/75% for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/1.85 seconds. The bolt travels at a rate of 2000 units/second and has a max range of 750 units. When he arrives, he gets a guaranteed autoattack. For the next 10 seconds, Von'Ur gains the ability to dash 600 units in any direction, becoming untargetable during the dash. Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100

E: Bifucate: Von'Ur extends and slashes his blades at 350 range with an area of effect of 120°. The attack deals 100/150/200/250/300 Physical damage (+75% of bonus AD) with damage to Minions reduced by 40/30/20/10/0%. Cooldown: 7/6.5/5.5/4.5/4.25 Seconds Mana Cost: 100/110/125/135/150

R: Barrage of Spite: Barrage of Spite deals magic damage to one target opponent equal to 150/275/400 damage + 33% of the health that the target is missing. Range: 400 Units Mana Cost: 150/200/300 Cooldown: 130/110/90

I like his kit, however his passive is too op making him literally impossible to surprise gank. And not only that it has a passive that keeps silencing targets, so he could literally keep a whole opponents team silenced by attacking a different target every second.

Other than his op passive great hero

His kit is well-made, but his Mana costs are a pretty high for an assassin. 300 Mana for some of his basic abilities? Come on...
