Yes please. This is the best Project Talon concept I've seen. Normally wouldn't want a Project skin for Talon but if its done this nicely I wouldn't mind Project.
When will riot learn to release a legendary skin for Talon
The wire particles look more like program rather than project. The mask and helmet look like Project Yasuo and the rest looks like a green nale armor version of Priject Ashe's outfit with a flavor of Project Ekko attached to it. I dunno, maybe if it's a legendary it'd look convenient enough, not with the outdated walking/attacking animations talon has. Oh and, chicken feet like Project Jhin.
I think it looks nice. It is weird that Riot has never put 
and 
in the same skinline. However, he kinda looks like Program imo.
Quick question, how do you make in game models for champion skins?
Honestly the last Talon skin (Enduring Blade) was kind of lackluster in my opinion so I do hope they release a skin like this!

would buy. im a big fan of talon but i dont like a single one of his skins but this looks cool.
This is really good, but I feel like it has to be a bit more metallic than this, as well as have some brighter metals. The neon blue is great, but the rest of his colors look a bit too much like his base colors, and most of it just kinda meshes together when you zoom out to about where it'd appear in-game. Those points aside, you've got something absolutely amazing. Nice!
